1. Ordering
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our website, select your desired items (T-shirts, pants, jackets, or other apparel), choose your size and quantity, and proceed to checkout. Follow the instructions to complete your purchase.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Yes, but only if your order has not yet entered processing. Please contact us immediately to request changes. Once the order is processed or shipped, modifications may no longer be possible.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled only before processing begins. After that stage, cancellation is no longer available, but you may request a return after receiving the item.
2. Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Shipping includes handling and transit time:
- Handling time: 1 business day
- Transit time: 2–6 business days
- Total estimated delivery: 3–7 business days
What is the shipping cost?
We offer a flat shipping rate of $6.99 for all eligible orders.
Which carriers do you use?
We ship using trusted carriers, including:

- FedEx
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday) begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment through the carrier’s website.
3. Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept:

- Venmo
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers. Ramzzi does not store your full payment details.
What should I do if my payment fails?
If your payment is declined, please check your payment details, available funds, or try another method. If the issue continues, contact your payment provider or our support team.
4. Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 60 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
Do you charge return or refund fees?
No. Ramzzi does not charge any return, processing, or refund fees.
How long does a refund take?
Once approved, refunds are processed within 12 business days to your original payment method (PayPal or Venmo).
What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and provide a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund.

Are product colors exactly as shown online?
We strive for accuracy, but slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, and manufacturing differences.

All items are subject to availability. In rare cases, an item may become unavailable after an order is placed. If this happens, we will contact you with an alternative solution.

Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders and manage your purchase history more easily.
