1. Order Cancellation Requests

Customers may request to cancel an order after it has been placed. To ensure the best possibility of cancellation, we recommend contacting our customer support team as soon as possible.

Cancellation requests can only be accepted if the order has not yet entered the processing stage or has not been shipped.

Once an order has been processed, packaged, or handed over to the shipping carrier, it can no longer be canceled. In such cases, customers may request a return after receiving the item in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.


2. Order Modification Requests

If you need to change your order details, including:

  • Shipping address.
  • Customer name.
  • Contact information.
  • Product size.
  • Product color.
  • Quantity of items.

Please contact Ramzzi immediately after placing your order.

Order modification requests can only be accommodated before the order enters processing. Once an order has been prepared for shipment or transferred to a delivery carrier, changes may no longer be possible.


3. How to Request a Cancellation or Change

4. Refunds for Canceled Orders

There are no cancellation fees, processing fees, or administrative charges for approved order cancellations.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. Please allow up to 12 business days for the refund to be completed after approval.


5. Changes After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, Ramzzi is unable to:

  • Cancel the order.
  • Change the shipping address.
  • Modify product details or quantities.
  • Redirect the shipment to another location.

If you no longer wish to keep the order after receiving it, you may initiate a return within the eligible return period according to our Return & Refund Policy.


6. Incorrect Information Provided by Customers

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order information carefully before completing a purchase.

If incorrect details such as an inaccurate shipping address, wrong product selection, incorrect size, or wrong contact information are provided, please contact us immediately.

While Ramzzi will make reasonable efforts to update the order information before processing begins, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the fulfillment process has started.


7. Orders That Cannot Be Modified or Canceled

Ramzzi reserves the right to deny cancellation or modification requests in situations including, but not limited to:

  • The order has already entered processing.
  • The order has been packaged or shipped.
  • The requested change is not technically possible.
  • The requested item is unavailable due to inventory limitations.
  • Fraudulent or unauthorized activity is suspected.

In these situations, customers may still be eligible for a return after delivery according to our Return & Refund Policy.
